Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://nyctechrepairco.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services. NYC Tech Repair Co. provides iPhone Repair, iPad Repair, Front Screen Repair, iPhone Battery Replacement, Smartphone Repair and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by NYC Tech Repair Co. or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
No Warranties. NYC Tech Repair Co. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NYC Tech Repair Co.'s aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid NYC Tech Repair Co. in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify NYC Tech Repair Co. from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NY law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NY for any related dispute.
Term Changes. NYC Tech Repair Co. may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
